1/2 pork loin ($8), 1 can of root beer ($.69), bottle of BBQ ($3), hamburger buns ($2). Put the pork loin and can of root beer in a crock pot for 8 hours, drain and pull pork apart with fork, top with bbq and serve on a bun. OR leave bbq off some of it and use as filler in enchiladas. Enchiladas - place pulled pork in tortilla ($3) with little shredded cheese ($2), roll up and top with can of enchilada sauce ($2). This single pork loin can provide you MANY MANY meals with minimal ingredients! Call if you have any questions.
